FDN high-efficiency, multi-functional water-reducing admixture is formulated through a scientifically optimized compounding process, utilizing naphthalene-based water-reducing components in combination with other functional additives. This product offers a wide range of capabilities—including high water reduction, strength enhancement, plasticizing effects, excellent adaptability, and superior pumpability—while also improving the workability of the concrete mixture. Furthermore, it significantly lowers the water-to-cement ratio, refines the internal microstructure of the hardened concrete, and markedly enhances durability properties such as impermeability, chemical corrosion resistance, and resistance to steel reinforcement corrosion.

FDN-I – A highly efficient water-reducing agent
· Dosage: Powder: 0.5%–1.0% (by weight of cementing materials); Liquid: 1.5%–3.0% (by weight of cementing materials).
· Excellent water-reducing and dispersing effects, with a water reduction rate of 15% to 25%.
· Difference in Setting Time (Initial / Final): -90 min to +120 min;
· Air content ≤3.0%; | · Shrinkage ratio ≤ 135% ; |
· Compressive Strength Ratio: 3d ≥ 130%, 7d ≥ 125%, 28d ≥ 120%.
· The slump of the concrete mixture can be increased by 10 cm to 20 cm; it exhibits no bleeding or segregation, thereby significantly improving the workability of the concrete.
· With a low dosage and high strength, it enables a 10% to 20% reduction in cement usage, improves the structure of hardened concrete, and significantly enhances its impermeability, frost resistance, corrosion resistance, and durabilit.
FDN-II: A slow-setting, high-efficiency water-reducing agent |
