       Application Scope

• Grouting of large equipment and precision anchor bolts

• secondary grouting of machine bases, and rapid repair of bolt holes, road paving, and road sleepers

• Secondary grouting of steel structures and concrete

• concrete repair and reinforcement

• grouting and anchoring during installation of special precast concrete components, stairs, and balconies in prefabricated buildings.

  Usage Instructions

• The surface of the equipment foundation must be clean and free of debris such as broken stones, laitance, dust, oil stains and release agents. Fully moisten the foundation surface 24 hours before grouting, and remove accumulated water 1 hour prior to operation.

• Use an electric mixer at the construction site to stir until the slurry is homogeneous. Let the mixed slurry stand for 2 to 5 minutes before use.

• Perform grouting from one side only until the slurry overflows from the opposite side for effective air venting. Do not grout from all sides simultaneously.

• The thickness of each grout layer shall not exceed 100 mm. Vibration is strictly prohibited during grouting. Bamboo strips may be used for flow guidance when necessary.

• This product is packed in recyclable sealed bags, 25kg/bag or 50kg/bag.

• Store the product in a dry and well-ventilated area. Place the bags on pallets off the ground and cover with plastic sheets to avoid direct sunlight and rainwater soaking.

• The shelf life is 6 months. Any product beyond the shelf life must be re-inspected and can only be used after passing the test.
